The information on this website is copyright, all rights reserved. Reproduction without prior written consent of this website or any part thereof is strictly forbidden, except for any non-commercial purposes and as a means of placing an order on this website, for which permission is granted without reservation.

Once a customer has received an order confirmation e-mail on behalf of this website, a binding contract has been established between the customer and RJL Music. Contracts do not exist until this e-mail has been received by the customer. The contracts will be bound by the laws of England and all parties must acknowledge that they fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of Her Majesty's courts. RJL Music will endeavor to process and ship all orders within seven days of the receipt of the order. However, for out-of-stock items, a longer period of time is to be anticipated, up to 28 days. RJL Music will notify customers who have to wait longer than 28 days for their goods, and will also offer a full refund. Orders can be cancelled up to seven days after the date on which the order was received by RJL Music. Goods are to be returned at the cost of the consumer. If return costs are not met, RJL Music reserves the right to deduct from the refund the cost of collecting the goods. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

RJL Music will ensure that orders are distributed correctly and in adequate condition for the use of the customer. Books are not sent to customers on an approval basis, and any order is a firm one. We will accept returns if: - the order is incorrect
- the order is damaged or in an unacceptable condition
RJL Music recommends that returns are sent by registered delivery in the same state in which they arrived. Upon receipt, RJL Music will offer a full refund for the product returned. RJL Music is not able to refund delivery charges incurred by the customer for sending it back to us.
